Norlen's Water Treatment LLC in Orrington, ME is seeking a full time Office Associate.
Primary duties include the following:
- Serving customers who come into the office
- Processing sales of water treatment supplies; loading supplies into customer vehicles (some heavy lifting)
- Managing the telephone
- Contacting customers to confirm service appointments
- Processing incoming mail payments and prepayments
- Performing general office duties, such as preparing correspondence, entering data into the accounting system, ordering supplies, filing, scanning, etc.
Job Requirements are:
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; post secondary education in a related field preferred
- Prior office experience preferred
- Computer skills are essential – Microsoft Word, data entry, ability to learn and use an accounting system; experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and problem solve as needed
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required
- Must be able to lift and move 40 lbs
- Must be reliable, flexible, and a team player
- Strong attention to detail
Typical hours are 8:00 - 4:30, Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime.
