Location : Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Type : Full Time| Compensation : $16.50 -$24.00 / hour DOE | Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm

The Body Shop Helper works closely with the Body Shop Painter to refinish damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership quality specifications and time standards.
The Body Shop Painter Helper ensures the painting process is smooth and efficient. To do this well, they must display great work ethics, project a "can do" attitude, have excellent attention to detail and take pride in the final result. This role provides great work experience and the foundation and fundamentals to advance to Body Shop Painter.
What You'll Do :
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Prepare work area for painter
- Buff vehicles
- Detail finished vehicles
- Sand, prime, fill, mask and wrap vehicle
- Apply paper and tape to protect surfaces that don't need to be painted such as windows, trim and bumpers
- Move cars into spray booth
- Performs incidental or preparatory work such as holding or supplying tools or materials
- Performs other duties per painter's request
