What You'll Need
Deal compliance & deal posting experience
General Ledger (GL) knowledge
Experience reviewing and cleaning schedules
Warranty cancellation experience (a big plus!)
Schedule reconciliation or bank reconciliation experience
What You'll Do
Accurately process all car deals on a daily basis.
Review and verify the accuracy of incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax within deals.
Extract warranties and GAP policies for processing, including handling cancellations.
Process trade-in payoffs promptly, including reconciling any payoff discrepancies.
Handle all steps required for rollbacks efficiently and accurately.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and dealership operations.
