Location : Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Type : Full Time | Salary Range : $60,000 - $125,000
Schedule : Monday - Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week.
As our Service Advisor, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine. You're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.
Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!
What You'll Do :
- Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
- Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
- Offer solutions and added services to guests
- Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
- Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
- Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
- Process monetary transactions
