Location : Irvine, CA (On site) | Type : Full Time | Hourly Range : $17.00 - $18.00 an hour | Schedule : 8am-5pm
As a Parts Driver , you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Volkswagen, Irvine . You're responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership in a friendly, safe and efficient manner.
Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Volkswagen, Irvine experience. This role is a great entry point to Norm Reeves for an excellent driver who thrives on providing an exceptional guest experience.
What You'll Do :
- Safely drive a company vehicle to complete timely tasks
- Pickup, deliver and unload supplies and parts from auto parts stores and other dealerships
- Keep organized and detailed records of invoices, log daily deliveries, and request signatures as needed
- Keep inventory organized and replenished at all times
- Notify the parts manager of logistics issues and if delivery vehicle needs major repairs
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and routine maintenance, like filling gas and checking oil
- Assist the service department with other duties, like managing the drop off and pick up of guests' cars
