As a Contracts Clerk, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota of Dallas. You will be responsible for efficiently processing all contract-related paperwork associated with the purchase and sale of new and used vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate completion and communication.
We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Clerk with automotive experience and a guest service approach to daily responsibilities. Your work is key in ensuring operational effectiveness and ultimately ensuring guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. What You'll Do
- Examine contracts to ensure conformity to specified requirements and audits car deals for corporate documentation standards.
- Input customer and contract details in company software for processing.
- Review and ensure accuracy of all incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax in deal
- Efficiently retrieve and process warranties and gap insurance claims, including cancellation, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Promptly process all trade payoffs, addressing any discrepancies swiftly to maintain accurate financial records and enhance customer satisfactions
- Execute and monitor all required steps for rollback transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Knowledge of the Automotive industry mandatory
- Proficiency in Computers- Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets
- Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
