We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Generalist who can play a critical role in our dynamic HR team. Your expertise in federal, state, and municipal labor laws, coupled with your skills in labor relations investigations, will help shape a positive and compliant work environment across our organization. What You'll Do:
- HR Advisory & Policy Administration: Provide input and expert guidance on HR issues and employment law, ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently and fairly applied.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts; manage seamless new hire processing and onboarding.
- Employee Relations & Investigations: Conduct comprehensive investigations; resolve employee conflicts, manage performance issues, and handle exit interviews.
- Benefits, Leave & Claims Administration: Oversee insurance claims processing and the administration of Leave of Absence programs.
- Training & Development: Deliver training on benefits, policies, and harassment prevention; manage our LMS for mandatory training compliance.
- HRIS & Compliance: Maintain accurate HRIS records; perform audits, be the main contact for audit requests and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Performance Management & Timekeeping: Oversee the annual performance evaluation program and manage timekeeping, meal/rest break compliance, and attendance tracking.
- Employee Engagement: Assist with planning company events and employee recognition programs, fostering a positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
- Legal & Regulatory Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and municipal labor laws applicable across all 50 states.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough labor relations investigations and apply corrective measures.
- Technical & Interpersonal Skills:
- Proficiency with HRIS, LMS, timekeeping, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
