Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments to identify patients' nutritional needs and develop targeted care plans.
- Develop and implement evidence-based nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating habits and disease management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and promote best practices in clinical nutrition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and industry developments to maintain expert-level knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A minimum of six months of experience in an acute care setting is preferred, but not required.
