Job Description:
As a Medical Unit Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in our team's efforts to restore optimal physical and mental well-being in each unique situation. Your goal will be to maintain a safe and supportive environment for our patients, while collaborating with other health professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Assessing patient conditions and developing effective care strategies.
- Implementing safe nursing practices and delegating tasks effectively.
- Evaluating patient responses to treatment and making adjustments as needed.
- Providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients, including post-operative colorectal care.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $27.84 to $45.46 per hour, depending on previous work experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, employees receive evening differential ($2.50/hr), night differential ($3.00/hr), and weekend differential ($3.00/hr).
