What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst Revenue Cycle position at Norman Regional Health System?
Overview :
Patient Financial Services department plays a crucial role in the financial health of the Norman Regional Health System. We are responsible for the proper processing of all billable services to insurance companies on a daily basis. Accurate billing and collections is also a vital key to our success for our patient's satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Healer will be responsible for analyzing collections throughout the Revenue Cycle. Will aide in report building and other tasks to help improve A / R.
Qualifications : Education
- Associates degree or equivalent required.
- Prefer some formal education in Accounting, Business Communications and / or Computer Technology.
- Must type at least 45 wpm.
- Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office programs.
- Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of third party payers such as Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Managed Care payers to accurately program systems.
