Responsibilities:
- Perform patient care duties as prescribed by the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Administer medication safely and accurately

- Document patient care and activities

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a vocational program for LPN
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room, or hospital
