About the Role
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will be responsible for preparing equipment, identifying and assessing patient conditions, establishing and maintaining a sterile environment, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. To excel in this role, you must have proper licensing, complete required training, and demonstrate strong professional relationships within the healthcare team.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Preparation of equipment and maintenance of a sterile environment
- Patient assessment and preparation for procedures
- Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
