Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Imaging Technologist to join its team. As a key member of the Catheterization Laboratory, you will be responsible for preparing and assisting during cardiovascular procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a sterile environment.
This position requires excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a procedural area, preferably in a cath lab setting, and hold current certification in cardiovascular technology.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain equipment, supplies, and facilities for procedures.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during cardiovascular procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including procedure documentation and quality improvement metrics.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current certification in cardiovascular technology (RCIS) or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
- At least one year of experience working in a procedural area, preferably in a cath lab setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training and ACLS certification required.
Compensation and Benefits
- $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience.
