We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radial Technologist to join our team in the Cardiovascular department at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and operating essential equipment during cardiovascular procedures while ensuring patient care and safety.
Job Description
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment.
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff.
- Maintain strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Education and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must possess a completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS certification.
A minimum of one year of experience working in a Cath Lab is preferred.
