Job Description: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist plays a critical role in preparing equipment and providing patient care during catheterization procedures. This position requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and positioning patients for procedures
- Establishing and maintaining a sterile environment
- Providing patient care and support throughout the procedure

Qualifications for this role include:
- Graduate degree from an accredited radiographic program or cardiovascular program
- One year of experience working in a cath lab or related field
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire
