Job Summary
This position requires a skilled Radiologic Technologist to work in our Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have a background in Radiologic or Cardiovascular Technology, relevant certifications, and excellent communication skills.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment. You will also collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment for procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
- Assess patient conditions and provide patient care.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in the orientation of new staff and serve as a preceptor for radiology students.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or RCIS certified by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
