Job Summary
This position requires a skilled Radiologic Technology professional to assist during cardiovascular procedures while ensuring patient care and a sterile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong working relationship with cardiologists and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance of equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
- Patient assessment, care, and establishment of a sterile environment.
- Precepting new hires and radiology students.
- Maintenance of strong working relationships with cardiologists and leadership.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
