The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist at Norman Regional Health System is responsible for:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures;
- Identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care;
- Maintaining a sterile environment;
- Serving as preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participating in the orientation of new staff;
- Utilizing downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager;
- Developing strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
