Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Technologist to join our cardiovascular program in Norman Regional Health System. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a state-of-the-art environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance of equipment for procedures to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
- Establishing and maintaining a sterile environment throughout the cath lab to minimize risk of infection and complications.
- Collaboration with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- A completed formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility or current RCIS certification.
- Previous procedural area experience is preferred but not required.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or Cardiovascular (CV), Interventional Cardiology (CI), or Vascular Interventional (VI) certification is desirable.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training and ACLS certification within six months of hire.
