We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Cardiovascular team at Norman Regional Health System. As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing equipment and providing patient care during procedures. Our Cardiovascular program is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. We have invested heavily in our facilities, including a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower and three Cath Lab suites. Our team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists work together to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
We take pride in our achievements, including American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center with PCI and Resuscitation Accreditation, American College of Cardiology NCDR Registry Gold Award, Women's Choice Award in Heart Care, Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) Echo Accreditation, and American Association Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) Accreditation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to maintain a sterile environment.
- Provide patient care during procedures.
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks.
