The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join its Cardiovascular team. As a CV Rad Tech, you will play a critical role in preparing equipment and providing patient care in a fast-paced cardiovascular environment.
This position requires establishing and maintaining sterile conditions, assessing patient needs, and serving as a mentor to new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Prepping equipment before and during procedures
- Identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care
- Maintaining a sterile environment
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Participating in the orientation of new staff
The CV Rad Tech will work closely with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while supporting an innovative and accredited cardiovascular program.
