Job Summary
The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing equipment and providing exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art cardiovascular program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment during procedures
- Assess patient conditions and provide personalized care
- Collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to ensure seamless patient care
- Train new staff members and radiology students as a preceptor
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical technology and techniques
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have relevant certifications and a solid background in radiologic technology. Previous procedural area experience is preferred but not required. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS)
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire

This position offers a competitive hourly rate based on previous work experience, ranging from $27.84 to $45.46 per hour.
