The Norman Regional Health System seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join their cardiovascular program.
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, providing patient care, and maintaining a sterile environment in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and maintenance of equipment for procedures
- Patient assessment and positioning for optimal imaging results
- Establishment and maintenance of a sterile environment to ensure patient safety
- Participation in the orientation and training of new staff members
- Utilization of downtime for tasks such as stocking rooms and checking equipment
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program or completion of a cardiovascular program
- One year of experience in a cath lab environment preferred
- Certification as a registered radiographer with the ARRT or RCIS certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support certifications within 6 months of hire
