As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS at this esteemed institution, you will play a vital role in preparing and assisting with cardiovascular procedures in our state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition. Prepare, position and provide patient care.
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and utilize downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks assigned by your Charge person or manager.
You will also maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care. To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in radiologic technology, preferably with experience working in a procedural area.
