Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist

The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain sterile environments and prepare equipment for cardiovascular procedures. They must be certified radiologic technologists, with additional qualifications in cardiovascular procedures and life support training. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with cardiologists and electrophysiologists, promoting high-quality patient care through effective teamwork and professional development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
• Assesses patient condition, preparing and positioning them for care.
• Maintains sterile environment.
• Participates in precepting new hires and radiology students.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
• Registered as a Radiographer with ARRT or RCIS certified.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
