Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in the Cath Lab. As a Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist, you will play a crucial role in preparing equipment and providing patient care in a state-of-the-art facility.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and experience working in a procedural area. They must be able to maintain a sterile environment while ensuring professional relationships with cardiologists and electrophysiologists.
We offer a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience. - Responsibilities:
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition. Prepares, positions and provides patient care.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participates in the orientation of new staff.
- Maintains strong professional working relationship with the physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
Salary : $28 - $45
