We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a member of our cardiovascular program, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Radiologic Technology, relevant certifications, and excellent communication skills. Previous procedural area experience is preferred but not required.
About the Role
This position requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who can maintain a sterile environment, prepare equipment, and provide patient care. The successful candidate will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and positions patients for procedures.
- Maintains a sterile environment throughout procedures.
- Collaborates with physicians and leadership to ensure seamless patient care.
- Uses downtime effectively by completing delegated tasks.
- Serves as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiologic Technologist (CI), with previous procedural area experience preferred.
