Responsibilities and Qualifications:
As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing equipment before and during procedures. You will identify and assess patient conditions, prepare, position, and provide patient care while establishing and maintaining a sterile environment. Your professional practice will involve serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in orientation, and utilizing downtime appropriately.
You must complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months and all competencies listed in department policy within the same timeframe. A completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology is required, along with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS registration.
