Job Summary:
">- The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist is responsible for preparing equipment and providing patient care in our state-of-the-art cardiovascular program.
Responsibilities:
">- Prepares equipment before and during procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient care delivery.
- Assesses patient conditions, prepares patients for procedures, and provides personalized care throughout their stay.
- Maintains a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
- Serves as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Collaborates with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care, leveraging strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
">- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registered Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support certification and Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
