Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Technologist to expand our cardiovascular program and support the growth of our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications, including registration as a Radiologic Technologist, and must complete additional training within the first six months of employment.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a sterile environment and prepare equipment for medical procedures.
- Assess patient condition, prepare, and position patients for care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students and contribute to the orientation of new staff members.
- Utilize downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.
Qualifications
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred but not required.
- Registration as a Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology and/or RCIS certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification throughout employment.
- ACLS training achievement within 6 months of hire and maintenance throughout employment.
