Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Assess patient conditions, prepare patients, and provide necessary care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and collaborate with cardiologists.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Qualifications
- Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months.
- Meet all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months.
- Registration from the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
