The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality care during cardiovascular procedures.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment. A background in Radiologic or Cardiovascular Technology, relevant certifications, and strong collaboration with medical professionals are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment for procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
- Assess patient conditions and provide patient care.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in the orientation of new staff and serve as a preceptor for radiology students.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or RCIS certified by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
