We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Technologist to join our innovative cardiovascular program.
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to maintain high standards of patient care within a state-of-the-art facility.
This position involves various responsibilities, including equipment preparation, patient assessment, and environmental control.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing equipment for procedures and maintaining a safe environment.
- Assessing patient conditions and developing personalized care plans.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing guidance and support to new hires and radiology students.
- Maintaining strong relationships with physicians and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate completion within 6 months.
- Policy compliance within 6 months.
- Education: Radiologic Technology program or equivalent.
- Previous procedural experience a significant asset.
- Licensure: American Registry of Radiologic Technology. Registered and/or RCIS. Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred. BLS training essential, ACLS within 6 months.
