Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Cath Lab team as a CV Rad Technologist. In this role, you will prepare and assist in cardiovascular procedures, working closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain equipment for procedures, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.
- Assess patient condition and provide personalized care to meet their unique needs.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure to prevent infection and promote healing.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab setting preferred.
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
