- Identifies and assesses patient condition, preparing and positioning patients for optimal care.
- Maintains a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols to prevent complications.
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, facilitating their integration into the team.
This role requires collaboration with a team of cardiologists, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training achieved within 6 months of hire.
