Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our Catheterization Laboratory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment before and during procedures to ensure optimal performance.
- Patient Assessment: Identify and assess patient condition, preparing and positioning them for care as needed.
- Sterile Environment: Establish and maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
- Mentorship: Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and training.
Requirements:
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification required.
