This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, ranging from $27.84 to $45.46 per hour, depending on experience. - Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for cardiovascular procedures.
- Assess patient condition, prepare patients for procedures, and provide individualized care.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout all procedures.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, providing guidance and support during orientation.
- Participate in downtime activities, such as stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks assigned by the Charge person or manager.
- Foster strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
Requirements
- A completed formal Radiologic Technology program or military program.
- Eligibility and/or current Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
- One year of experience working in a cath lab preferred.
- BLS training required during orientation prior to patient care; ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout employment.
