Our cardiovascular program is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a skilled Registered Technologist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Prepare equipment for procedures, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate care, maintaining a sterile environment throughout the process.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, facilitating knowledge transfer and promoting professional growth.
- Utilize downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and performing delegated tasks assigned by the Charge person or manager.
- Graduate from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or hold RCIS registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
- Basic Life Support certification, with Advanced Life Support training to be completed within six months of hire.
