As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will play a vital role in preparing equipment for procedures, assessing patient conditions, and providing care while maintaining a sterile environment.
Salary:
$27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
Job Summary:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation.
- Use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager.
- Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS.
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered and/or RCIS, Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred.
