We work with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists. Our hospital system has received several prestigious awards, including the American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center with PCI and Resuscitation Accreditation and the Women's Choice Award in Heart Care.
Job Summary
This role involves preparing and operating equipment during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and care. The ideal candidate will have completed a recognized radiologic or cardiovascular technology program and hold relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition.
- Prepares, positions and provides patient care.
- Maintains a sterile environment.
Qualifications
- Completion of 24 month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS.
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology. Registered and/or RCIS. Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred.
