Job Description
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our cardiovascular procedures. Key responsibilities include preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient conditions, maintaining a sterile environment, and collaborating with cardiologists and electrophysiologists.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- Formal education in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS (RCIS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire
