Job Summary:
The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist - Radiographic Specialist to join our innovative cardiovascular program. This role plays a crucial part in preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment for procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and positions equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition, providing essential care and attention.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sterilization protocols.
- Serves as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, facilitating their integration into the team.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong foundation in radiologic technology, with certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS. Previous experience working in a cath lab environment is preferred but not required.
Benefits:
- $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
