The ideal candidate is a registered technologist with relevant certifications, who can complete orientation and competencies within six months of employment. Previous procedural area experience is preferred. The successful candidate must have Basic Life Support training and ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Job Summary
As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, your responsibilities will include preparing equipment, identifying and assessing patient conditions, establishing and maintaining a sterile environment, and serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students. You will also participate in the orientation of new staff, use downtime appropriately, and maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within six months and all competencies listed in department policy within six months. A graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program is required, along with one year of experience working in a Cath Lab. Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS is also necessary. Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support certifications are required within six months of hire.
