Job Overview:
The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Technologist to join our cardiovascular team. As a member of our cath lab team, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent patient care through preparation and operation of equipment during procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for cardiac procedures.
- Assess patient condition and provide appropriate care.
- Mentor new hires and radiology students in the cath lab setting.
- Collaborate with cardiologists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular program.
- One year of experience in a procedural area preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer or RCIS with ARRT or CCI.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months.
