Job Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, preparing and positioning them for care.
- Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict guidelines.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, facilitating their orientation and training.
Required Qualifications
- A completed formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility or current RCIS certification.
- Previous procedural area experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training required during orientation, with current certification maintained throughout employment.
