The Norman Regional Health System is a community hospital system nestled at the Southern border of the Oklahoma City metro area, providing innovative cardiovascular care. We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Technologist to join our team in the Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Equipment Preparation and Patient Care: Prepare equipment before and during procedures, identify patient condition, and provide patient care while maintaining a sterile environment.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cardiologists, serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, and participate in the orientation of new staff.
- Professional Practice: Maintain professional standards, stock rooms, check equipment, and perform other delegated tasks during downtime.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, eligible for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registration.
- Certifications: Current RCIS, Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) certification preferred, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Life Support (ACLS).
- Experience: Previous procedural area experience preferred, but not required.
