Job Overview
The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain equipment for cardiovascular procedures while maintaining a sterile environment
- Provide excellent patient care and collaborate closely with cardiologists and electrophysiologists
- Serve as a preceptor for new staff and participate in training and certifications
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS)
- Basic Life Support certification and Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
