Norman Regional Health System is a community hospital system nestled in the heart of Oklahoma. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team.
Job Summary:
- Prepare and maintain equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
- Assess patient conditions and provide exceptional care under the guidance of experienced cardiologists.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and training.
- Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Qualifications include completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility, and/or current RCIS registration. Previous procedural area experience is preferred. Candidates must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS within six months of hire.
