The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular program, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures
- Identifies and assesses patient condition
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Participates in the orientation of new staff
Qualifications:
- Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology program or military program with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS
- Previous procedural area experience preferred
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support certification required
