Job Description:
The Cardiovascular Technology Expert at Norman Regional Health System is responsible for preparing equipment, identifying and assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment. This position requires strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cardiologists and electrophysiologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing equipment for procedures
- Identifying and assessing patient conditions
- Maintaining a sterile environment
- Serving as a preceptor for new staff members and radiology students
Requirements:
- Completion of a 24-month formal Radiologic Technology program
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Certification in Cardiovascular or Interventions and Vascular (CV or VI) preferred
Benefits:
- $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience
